A Passion For Support
Birth is not just an event, it is a journey of the soul. Each birth is a powerful, pivotal time. A sacred rite of passage, involving inner work and incredible changes, imprinting profound lessons which stick with us the rest of our lives.
Deep in us all we need a sacred space of empowering support, sage counsel and shared knowledge. A place where we are free to be ourselves, safe and vulnerable, as we learn, make wise choices for our families, reconnect to our intuition and learn to trust the strength of our body.
It is my passion to create that space by educating, supporting and walking with new families through this sacred process of pregnancy, childbirth and bonding with this new life coming earthside. I hope to do my part in helping create the village new families so desperately need.
Over the past 2 decades, I have had the honor to serve hundreds of powerful birthing people and their families, as a professional Doula, Traditional Birth Attendant and Birth Keeper, walking alongside families through the sacred transition of pregnancy, Birth and beautiful new days of parenthood.

I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. It has the power to change a person deeply, like nothing else can. Everyone deserves to have someone there to guide, assist and support them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and who reminds them that they can trust their intuition, instincts and the wisdom of their body during this deeply transformative rite of passage.
